After years of maturing through the "icky" seasons of life the one thing I was constantly led back to was myself. Overtime, the side that I was used to showing up as, the side that I was accustomed to be able to make things "go back to normal" the "bubbly side" started to turn down appearances. And the only side open for call was the brooding side. The side that became resentful of not feeling worthy of being seen. The side that wanted answers to feelings and now demanded my attention.
My voice, my expression, my truth. Each season, each experience, each lesson was an opportunity to shed versions of myself that could no longer support me and who I was becoming. I was constantly being asked to fall deeper in love with the very parts of myself that I was made to believe was unacceptable and became accustomed to avoiding, while being asked to transform what had run its course.
I've spent a lot of my life learning what happens when I keep quiet just to keep the peace, going along to get along because my passionate deep feelings were too much to handle by those around me. Years of learning to ignore the whispers of my body. Gratefully that through solitude, healing, reconnecting with my body, and finding the power in my voice and the courage to trust in my truth again, I'm here inviting you along with me as I continue to transform LOUDLY.
I invite you to transform along side of me as I explore what it means to trust your inner wisdom, remain connected with your body, and be brave enough to return to play while fully being seen through each season of life. I can't tell you how it'll all come together. I can't even promise you that it'll even make sense all the time. But I can promise you that it will be honest to the core of who I am and I will do my best to help you with the knowledge and wisdom I've learned along the way.
